maybe you can talk about MHC restriction? only CD4 T cells which have TCR that recognizes the antigen presented by MHC I and also the sequence of the MHC I complex will be activated.
By way of order I think its most plausible that CD4 comes before CD8 because it sends the cytokine signal first for the construction of CD8 molecules which then exchange cytokine signaling between themselves.
in our studies Cytokines = Interferons which signal macrophages and Natural Killer Cells to come.
Does MHC2 only appear for Antibody mediated? the pictures in my text, shows both MHC2 and MHC1. But now i'm thinkin it was just showing both T/B cell immunity in one picture.
just like God, it goes through all the cells, finds the bad ones, and therefore plucks it out, like it should be done

in the cell-mediated immunity the killer t- cell den kills the same infected cell from the beginning or finds another n kills it?

this was excellent- truly
simplified a very complex topic...

Do you need the CD4 t cell before the CD8 t cell or it does it matter which T cell comes first?

thank you very much for your explanation.
I am a nutrition student, and hopefully in a few years get into a PA school.
So now I'm really downloading this information in my head....for anatomy physiology.
Lymphatic system is the one system i couldn't grasp. Especially with the Cell mediated and Anti body mediated.
Thanks for the video, and I hope you have much more to show.
