the most accurate gun in this game is ACR. proven to have no recoil, but it does bounce so that makes it have a lil bit recoil. but it's barely noticeable

oh and um, silencer reduces ALL LMG's damage so the LMG's when silenced will take 1 more bullet than it's original 3 shot kill at any range. so i suggest u use grip and red dot or holo.
