I think your start and end frames are the same, giving it a slight pause when looped. Remove the matching frame and it should work, perhaps. This might have already been pointed out in the last 3.5 years though...

Well, that "fucking" music was the best they could make with the tech they had in 93, and it's still damn good; one of the best tracks from the classic world that I've heard. As for the animation, it was a test. The emphasis of the video wasn't placed solely on its animation content. Try LISTENING next time.
