Was he the same dancer who at times wore a bright red tux and did the skit routines with Big Louie? If so, he (and Lou) were pretty entertaining. Loved 80s Soul Train with all the fine ladies.

loved him on the show..aaahhh man never knew these peoples names(lol) but u will be playing your vids of the dnacers all day i love soul train to death i think he started in the mid-late 70's too and went on through the early-mid late 80's were he fit right in perfectly with the style of dress and the soul train line routines with lou ski says uzipolo king of decatur

Thomas Evans was Puerto Rican, lots of Puerto Ricans have non-Latino last names, my daddy was half Italian and Half Puerto Rican and his last name is Charles..

Yeah, from a distance, they do look like brothers, but keep in mind that Tom is white and Lou is African American (and I think Latino...according to his last name........Carr) Tom was one of he coolest dudes on "that show" in the 1980's. He and Lou were kept on the show mainly for comedy relief (don't get me wrong, both can dance really well).
