  • NMFS take a two thousand year old tradition and say only the guys on top are allowed now. There are a lot better ways. Now they want to do the same thing for the recreation sector. I know there are a lot of million dollar boats out there that can afford to buy $50,000 worth of quota so they can fish, but 90% of us can't.
