new england in general has very good 3g with all cell carriers....on sprint the 4s get around 1.4 mbps for me at least.

@bojanklesexperience Well, i experienced a problem with my music. Sometimes i my songs would not play, so what i did is back it up with iCloud, then restored it from that backup, then it worked. That is the only big problem.

@MexicanNYAmerican Nice! Sprint 3G isn't that good here,but when i go to Elmhurst i get a 1.2 MBPS or more. Usually i get .80 MBPS or lower.

I figured I'd buy it off of Ebay because it's cheaper. They have a brand new iPhone 4S for 450$.

On Apple.com it's 650$ without a two year contract.

@numberonepitcher10 I'm not eligible for an upgrade on Sprint, and the two year contract isn't up. I have the Kyocera Echo right now and it's starting to bug me. It's constantly turning itself on and off... P.O.S. Lol.

@MrMattman539 Well it depends where you live and if you can live with the slow 3G speeds. The Sprint 3G speed is usually less than 1 mb/s where i live (Chicago) but I believe that in some time the Sprint 3G speeds will definitely be faster. If you look at Verizon and the 3G speed they used to have it has definitely improved. I can not really make that decision for you, but if you don't want to pay that much for unlimited calls, texts, and data then Sprint would be right for you.

@MacOSJoey Sorry for not replying sooner, but if you mean take the phone out of the box then no. I went to the apple store and unasked if I could set it up myself( after the had added me to my moms account with Sprint. I don't know if they will have to take it out of the box since you ate switching unless you are being added on to a plan.

I can't wait to get mine tomorrow| One question: Did sprint have to open it up in order to sign it up with their network? I'm switching from Verizon and I keep getting texts about how my number is going to be ported... Just ignoring it until the iPhone arrives at my local sprint store. Good video, though. The 4S looks pretty sweet.
