Many nations had created great music but rarely given the opportunity to showcase it here in the States. But that doesn't mean Westerns are the greatest singers. It's just that people admire singers in the States more. American celebs were the first to be seen as gods in the 21st C.. That is why other nations tend to sing Western music to showcase their talent and to entertain the mass media.

@MsMINDYLEE: Charice has her own STudio ALbum entiled Charice...i think she's moving onto her 2nd album (Unsure), Sarah has her own album too, and so is REgine. ..the only difference is that It's only Charice who made it in international..THey are all good singers...but it is Charice's voice that really excelled (after I've compared the quality of their voice)..charice's is really unique. Sarah sometimes is pitchy, and I once saw a video of Regine out of tune. it happens.

Charice in an interview (Boy Abunda & Kris) said that when David Foster and her are not busy, she showed to him videos of Filipino Artists including Sarah's on Youtube so that their talent would also be recognized internationally. It would be great if David would consider another Filipino Artist to add to his line of talents.

@MsMINDYLEE: Charice has her own STudio ALbum entiled Charice...i think she's moving onto her 2nd album (Unsure), Sarah has her own album too, and so is REgine. ..the only difference is that It's only Charice who made it in international..THey are all good singers...but it is Charice's voice that really excelled (after I've compared the quality of their voice)..charice's is really unique. Sarah sometimes is pitchy, and I once saw a video of Regine out of tune. it happens.

@MsMINDYLEE They are making their own songs, these are just songs they were known for being able to imitate, Sara makes her own music, and probably gets help too-it's hard writing songs that'll sell, unless you're a good lyricist by yourself.

Enjoy winning over Charice because of your looks but your looks will never get you to sing with the singer who sang these songs you're singing. It's ashamed that Filipinos have to wait till the real deserving one is recognized overseas before they see TRUE talent. Giving Charice 3rd place over 'this' is such a shame.

Sarah sings amazingly well but she still has the pinoy accent when she sings, her voice sounds almost exactly like Celine Dion.
Charice really covers up her accent when she sings and American audience can't even tell that it's a Filipino singer.
