@mryuck206 :The chain was founded by Ruth Fertel, a single mother of two, in 1965, after she bought the existing Chris Steak House in New Orleans. In buying the restaurant, Fertel had to agree that the restaurant keep the "Chris" name for a specified period of time. After the original location sustained a kitchen fire, she relocated the restaurant about one-half mile (0.9 km) to the west on Broad Street and renamed the rebuilt establishment "Ruth's Chris." ruth chris is some of the best steak you can get....so tasty and delicious anyone who believes otherwise is simply wrong or player haters. Love ruth chris's steak....if its a new your strip, it is very nice...i just tried the rib eye there and it is so tasty and flavorful. The waitstaff was hysterical.

@1thes517 I eat their for the first time on Christmas Eve last week in Nashville Tennessee I had a New York strip steak and OMG was the best steak I ever had in my 24 years of leaving.

I will be honest the prices are very steep my steak alone was $60. If you get a full course meal you will easily pay $100 per person, but the service is topnotch and very

professional. I was their with my family of 10 and all of are food came out in under 30 min. If you can afford it try it at less once:-)

i went there the other day, honestly it was good but for the price, it wasnt worth it, id rather go to jeff ruby's and pay just a little more for something wayyyyy better

funny story... this video was released on july 30th 2007... witch is my birthday... on that very same day, my aunt , Lana Duke (who is in the video) took me to ruth's chris steak house in destin florida and i had the best time and meal of my life : )

Probably because the people in the areas that were most devastated couldn't afford to eat there (all races), so the execs didn't care.
