LOVE ROSE and Donna would be a close second. I really didnt like martha. I hope the fifth season and others will only hve the companion as a mate NOT romantic. And i reckon rose and her human doctor are gonna return like 2 seasons down the line. Ya gotta have a bit of Billie and Tennant!
@harrietamidala1691 Martha wasn't in love with the Doctor and her crush was necessary to help the audience understand her story and see how she grew up. Then again, it seems like no one understood it because everyone still thinks Martha was in love with him...
i love this song. it really suits the whole thing. I hated the way the Doctor just pushed Martha aside cos he was scared she'd break down the barriers he oput up after losing Rose. She did it anyway after she left you can see it in Partners In Criome when hes talking about her to Donna.

Alot of people don't like her because they want to focus on the pathetic Rose vs Martha war that was started by people who didn't understand Martha's story, but that's their loss. Martha helped the Doctor in the greatest way. She was by far the most worthy companion. I loved Rose and Donna and Tegan and all the others, but I adore Martha. Martha was independent and she helped the Doctor a great deal and she bettered herself as well.
i really dont know how people can prefer martha to rose. rose and the dr loved eachother and no one cud take that away. i'm so miffed the dr is leaving, i hope rose comes back before that 4 episode in 2009 so they can share a kiss. thats my last wish now coz thats not happened, not properly. by the way, whats the name of that song in this video? please reply coz i wanna download it =] thankies =]

Well the Doctor took Rose back to the parallel universe in "Journey's End", and gave his blessings for Rose and his half-human clone to live out their lives together there, so, so much for the Doc's great love for Rose. Now what?

I wasn't fond of how Martha fell in love with the Doctor--that I felt was unnecessary--but this is a really good video, and it fits Martha perfectly.

Rose is my favourite companion of all time!
But I really like Martha and Donna too.
Rose has a real connection to the Doctor which isn't there with Martha or Donna.
