I've teached my horse to kiss two! It is so funny.

Still think it could be dangerous to hold a treat besides your head, for the horse will bite to it, you face is right next to it?

Well it could be dangerous if the horse is disrespectful and has an issue with biting. Then again a horse that is disrespectful shouldn't be being taught tricks, but should be being taught ground manners, and a horse that has issues with biting shouldn't be taught a trick such as this involving its mouth.

And yes the treat is beside your head. If anything the horse would be going for your hand and that could happen even when feeding a horse with your hand flat...

Basically this is a type of target training and the target is your lips or cheek.

I will stress again though if you or anyone ever feels that their horse or any horse is the type that would bite them, then they shouldn't worry about starting trick training until they work on their ground work and have their horse's respect first.

@600HoofBeats Okay, well I have no experiance with a horse biting me. I think you are right about that it is a part of the groundtraining! But still, it would be misunderstanding say little girls who want to teach there horse, when that horse does bite, I guess.

But it is a good way tot learn them.

I've learned my horse without the treat only with the hand, as a target. But I guess that is the same thing...

Yes, but that is why I said to watch out for that exact potential problem in the video at 1:05.

If after hearing the "warnings/what to look out for" I normally mention in my tutorials, a person still wants to go through with it with a problem horse, then in my books they are just plain idiots.

If a horse is disrespectful enough to try and bite you, they could bite you when you use a treat or your hand and this isn't a trick to teach them at that point. :)

I have a little something up on my main channel from a while back reguarding training the bow, but it is something I too am still working on. My mare can do it, but its holding the bow that is our issue haha. Hope to do a video for it eventually, but its best to start with the simple tricks first and work your way up.
