Piece of cake! First time we flew into Funchal was July 1990 (before runway was extended). The cross-winds were so strong it felt as if the 'plane was in danger of flipping over (impossible but, trust me, it felt a distinct possibility)! The flight due to land no more than 5 minutes after us was from us was from Manchester. It attempted landing 3 times, had to abort and was redirected to Tenerife. No more 'planes were allowed to land that day. I've returned to Madeira many times since.

This happens to be where im from this airport in FS9 (if you have the stock version) is very hard because the Runway is shorter than it realy is in Mederia the real runway extendeds over the Ocean!

have flow into Funchal at least ten times, it never gets boring. Notice that the images are relatively old though, as the new hotel in Santa Cruz (just before touchdown on the left) is not yet in the picture.

Hey can you give me an answer to this please... On my fs2004 when i land or any type of smoke like engine smoke its like.. All squares :/ it doesnt show up and the trye smoke when i land all these squares come up and block out parts of the plane where the smoke would be its wierd and annoying -.- any solutions? thanks, great video to.

Well for starters, I would change the filtering and make sure you have SP1 installed. sorry for the late reply
