Yes it is called fantasy, and fantasy needs its rules and laws that make things add up and make sense. BUT Smeyer included biology, mentioned biology, said vampire genetics have to do with biology.
Just my two cents on that. Next time think about the two series before you post anything up.

Stephenie Meyer actually EXPLAINS HOW IT WORKS on her website (no, seriously, she really, truly, has a post on her website about how vampires brown chicken brown cow.). their venom replaces their blood and that's what makes it do what it's supposed to and yea...it's strange and complicated and she goes all indepth and somehow actually makes it sound like it would make sense. But it's all imaginary so w/e.
