I was at Earl's Court and it WAS Sinead Oconnor and it was beyond incredible. She sang on Blood of Eden and Biko and one other song.

I saw this tour with WOMAD up at Buckeye Lake outside of Columjbus. It was a Friday and many from Cincy were up there. Only $20! Then CART racing at Mid Ohio Sat & Sun!

Sinead o'Connor only did backing vocals on some of the gigs. For the first part of the tour Joy Askew, the keyboard player handled the backing vocals. The 5 sources for this video, as well as the audio source have only Joy, no Sinead.

Anybody knows who's on keys/backing vox? It's not Jean-Claude Naimro from the DVD, and Paula Cole doesn't seem to be there either. Thanks for the help.

Funny how Peter looks younger and thinner in the offical video, and the choreography is so much more polished by then. Still cool none the less to see these early shows of that tour

Great work - have a VHS of Sheffield and saw him at Earl's Court where Sinead O'Connor took the female vocal. Guy is an innovator and genius, thanks again.
