He said the differences were; the accused wears a hood over their face and there's no ominous looking executioner throwing a switch. Also, everyone left the chamber. All you need for that method of execution is a shovel and some dirt. Very cheap compared to running a diesel powered generator for an electric chair.

@Karaoke8794 not all criminals are psychopaths and even some of them have committed crimes they honestly regret so punishment is inescapable but the human decency and moral can be sympathetic even to those who have remorse in their final moments of life and the cruelty you mentioned is not necessary at all

@Karaoke8794 What I would do is dig a hole as tall and as wide as the criminal then drop them in and seal the top of the hole so they cannot get out somehow. All you need for that method of execution is a shovel and some dirt. Very cheap compared to running a diesel powered generator for an electric chair.

Not only is the cost of the trials and investigation far greater than that of life in prison, but you also mentions the risk of escaping as a justifying fact... Nobody escapes from maximum security prisons, that is a fucking fairytale. Execution is an abomination and it baffles me how a democratic western country can still support it.

just to let everyone know. when someone was executed. everyone was evacuated out of the execution chamber. and went into another room. the last person leaving the room was the warden asking for a final statement. cuz if there was a malfunction and the inmate started to catch on fire. everyone would be safe. so this video is incorrect

Personally, I think they should have let the parents of the girls he killed in there. As a Mother, and women are far more vindictive then men in this case, I would have liked an hour with him. Would not have killed him, that would spoil it for the state, but I would have caused pain. I feel sympathy for Jeffery Dahmer, I feel none for Ted Bundy. Dahmer was quite clearly out of his mind and needed serious psychiatric help. Maybe he deserve to die, maybe he didn't. But one thing is for sure, Bundy deserved every single volt of electricity that flowed through his body. This films greatest error was to make Bundy the hero and the law the evil ones. Bundy was confirmed to be in his right mind, and all his crimes were in complete cold blood. He deserved his death.

@soccerprog226 bundy had serious mental problems too. he was a porno addict, he was abused by who he thought was his father and learned that his sister was his mother. He was also very shy and wouldn't talk to a girl. not to say that bundy didn't get what he deserved, HE DID. but he just like other criminals had some problem that led to their crimes.

Gacy would take hours to days of strangling and drowning, then revive them to rape and do it all over again. Untill they begged to die. So yes I know there dead!
