After a long thought, I realized this has something to do with the Nature and Bright deities something tale, it also chronicles the life of Mokou when she met Keine, and a bit of history on how she was when she was introduced into the Touhou Universe (her burn everything attitude) There is also the end, she looked at the volcano, reminiscing about her past and why she took the elixir, Keine seems to understand the pain. The video is about their friendship.
