I agree about the SC however for completeness I am converting another T Top to the Japanese SC motor (with individual coil packs and the 12 psi boost) for a reputed 170hp. Your web page in the reference for C160 conversions so many thanks. I now have a mix of SC, BT, ST and 87 NA motors (5 cars in total). Tires I use are the Direzza Z1 Star on 15 inch rims (from Gen3 MR2). Good grip.
Very much appreciated the web pages on the C160 and BT conversions. I am presently following the same path on my (previously) supercharged MR2. The previous owner completely destroyed the supercharged engine and electrical systems through sheer incompetence (it isn't a good idea to bypass the anti-knock sensor)
@mr2kat Glad you're finding the site usefull! I was never much of a fan of the SC setup myself. The BT/6-speed combo seems like the best setup for the AW11.

It was more fun that the video shows. I held the camera pretty tightly to keep it from jumping as Marc was shifting because he rocked the car!
