I haven't had a single problem with the Iphone so far, even with it jailbroken it lags sometimes when it resprings but its not bad,

the only complaint i have against Apple is not letting Adobe release its flash player for the Iphone, if they would let there be a flash player for the iphone nothing would come close to comparison

@randomrazr yeah, that sucks, i forgot to answer, i do have a case for it, i only use Incase Sliders, and i stick with the matte black because i like the grip it gives the phone, ive tried other cases but they never feel right after using the incase slider, ive also used the Incase power case(dont remember the real name) but it was nice i just didnt like the fact that the battery meter was constanly showing on the lock screen, other than that i wish i had it back lol

most people think you will get in trouble, or AT&T will shut their phone off, or they loose the warranty on the phone, but as long as you restore the ipone/ipod touch before sending it in, there is no way for them to tell if it has been modified

your absolutely right about them just giving you a new one, but for the log thing, i dont thinks its possible as Jailbreaking is a soft mod, unlike if you mod your xbox, which is considered a hard mod and they can tell because your Drive firmware was changed, with the iphone its just an enabler and is no way illegal unless you are using it to get Apps free from the App store
