we got a cavalier puppy and our 8 y.o. cat , who wasnt the most sociable feline around,didnt take to her at first at all, scratching her on the first day.......but after a month or so with the dog wanting to be friendly and the cat realising the dog was here to stay,they got used to each other. They became inseperable sleeping cuddled up to each other every night...the very best of friends....and after 8 years they died within 10 days of each other.

Most loyal and loveing dogs ever.

If you're ever having a bad day, They will cheer you up!!

Please, If you are thinking about getting one, Make sure you have PLENTY enough time to give them all the love they need!!!!!

You cant just leave them in the back yard all day!! they need love!!!!

It all really depends I think on the personality of the dog. Mine is really anxious and barks at like all strangers. I also just showed my mom how good the dog was and how good it was around children and stuff and she said yes.

they come smaller than that. my tri is 11pounds full grown and her bf is 0.5kg's smaller than her.

alot of cavs where i live are 22lbs aswell i think they vary alot more than websites say. but if i was asked before meeting bigger and smaller i wouldda said 13-18lbs too) hehe

btw to whoever made this vid your dog is too cute.. i have a tri colour called angel :)
