  • garabage 2011 way better

  • 1:00 looks like an escaped convict stealing your car

  • For it's price its amazing.

  • Cool ride, one more revamp and I think this will be a great vehicle. 10 X better than spending 60 grand on an SUV with stuff I will never use.

  • Yea is nice now that when you get fool, but when it gets up to 50k miles that when the fun starts watch the Journey go down hill. Chrysler paints start fade alway at 70k miles. Buy a Ford if you want a very good American car. Keep alway from GM

  • Dodge>ford,gm

  • i like its a really good cross-over exept i got a 2010 journey :P

  • 1:24 "is a one HAND JOB..." Hahahah

  • A very well priced family vehicle loaded with feature but not embarrising like a Van. Its also cheaper too. Something isn't right. How can this be?

  • @DualofChaos easily done, it's a shitbox

  • this isnt the 2009 journey

its the 2008, because in the 2009 journey, the navigation radio is a 9 inch screen up over the air connditioning vents. the 08 has it low like the one here

  • umm you do know that there is no 2008 model these only started coming out in 2009.

  • no there was a 2008 model (they called it 09, but the new 09 is different), i know that because they changed the car a bit. they have the gps touch screen thingy up above the air conditioning vents covered up by a cave and is 9 inches. they replace the space in the bottom with buttons to use the one that is now at the top

  • @vipermoon64 There was no 2008 Journey, the tester was an early '09, the nav system wasn't available until almost mid '09 which is the one you're probably thinking of. BTW, I own a loaded SXT (like an R/T minus the leather and sunroof) and I love it. Chrysler haters can choke on that for all I care, I've had 6 over the last 15 yrs, often 2 at a time and I've had no problems with any of them.

  • its so perfect

  • I dunno about the looks of this thing... the cheap intior quality of this thing... or if i can trust the engine or transmission of this thing.

    Resale value? hahaha

if ure on a budget it MIGHT be worth a look. i guess...

I do however like how the radio and the center stack don't connect. their is that little gap. I like the chill zone too, but... no...

  • With Cash For Clunkers that was the best deal on the planet...it knocked off about $8,000 from base price and the car is awesome

  • my dad just got this car through his work... it is sooooo amazing.

  • Hmm. I was looking up the specs on this vehicle and I found that the 4 cylinder version gets almost the same gas mileage as my 1996 impala ss, and that has a small block and weighs 4200 lbs. Funny.

  • thats funny - he said "one hand job."

  • That guy looks like he broke into the car an stole it LOLOLOL!!!!!

  • Beautiful

  • I was waiting to hear the kicker, the engine size, again they stumble. They should have use a big 4 cylinder that can go between 190 to 200 HP. U can't talk fuel economy then use a V6. Wrong choice. They seem to get every accolades

right this time until it get to the engine. I doubt this one will steal the market from the japanese and koreans.

  • The cheaper models include a v4 and go between 190 to 200-the version theyre driving is maxed out with everything.

  • not trying to be smart but there is no such thing as a v4, it's called a 4 cylinder engine. the cylinder are in a row like a straight 6, only v 6, v8, and so on are v engines.

  • dodge is on its last journey

  • lmfao!

  • haha. +1

  • I love my Journey. Great mileage (if you drive it right) and very comfortable. I have heard some people knock it but for the money they are great!

  • i wish it had better gas mileage but overall, its great :D

  • that was a very fair review to the Dodge Journey. I like it better than the new Chevy Traverse.

  • I love it!

  • does anyone know if it has an illuminated drink holder?

  • although this is posted 6 month ago..but wth..yes it does

  • K, you know the interior with the touch-screen navigation+media etc.. then what is in the top thing which u press and it goes up... ( i think its the rear view camera ). but does that mean the dodge journey can have 3 screens : the navigation+music etc. touch-screen, the pop-up rear view camera screen, and the rear DVD screen that comes down????????? Thanks - I really need to know this.

  • Its a pop open mirror to keep your eyes on your kids in the backseat easily without turning around. Nice if you have kids that tend to smack each other and then say they didn't. Busted!

  • i love gm and the arcadia but you have to give props when due that is a fantastic family car. now if they could only do something about that avenger...

  • Probably one of the best crossovers on the market now, nice.

  • Is there no passenger side airbag?

  • Yes, the airbag is below the "chill-zone", and above the glove-box. It must work well there because it was 5-star rated.

  • Oh. o.k. :)

  • wow thanks, but bad mpg

  • pacifika best car whit bmw z8 bmw x6 and dodge ram best!!!

  • pretty crappy mileage tho but pretty sweet overall

  • i was like, "HOLY SHIT" when i saw these hidden features.

now the car is growing on me...

  • Kool!

  • Nav. is an option. There will also be a Wi-Fi aftermarket for the MyGig, and other cool tech stuff!

  • i would like two see a comparison between this an the GMC arcadia.

  • Acadia. not Arcadia
