I liked the pilot of this series, but the series as a whole to me was kinda boring. Just like Incredible Hulk, we spent most of the time watching the alter-ego do stuff for 40 minutes, then Woman Woman/Hulk do a end fight the last few minutes. It wouldn't be so bad if the alter-egos weren't so boring. I mean you went to watch the show to see the superheroes! Right? Right?
Do you like DC over Marvel? I like DC because the heroes seem more epic, while Marvel seems like people I could know that just happen to have powers. While that's nice for a while, I'd like something to look up too, and DC has more of that TO ME than Marvel does. ... Even if DC is usually just a boys club filled with white people >.< (and every time they try to fix this, you can really tell.)
@Christina314 I've generally been a follower of DC, although I do like Spider-Man as well. I don't know if there's any particular reason why I'm more inclined to follow one or the other, but that just seems to be the way it's been for me.
I like the cliché of Wonder Woman spinning around to transform her appearance, just Clark Kent would do when spinning around in revolving doors in Superman the movie or the classic telephone booth.
@EmpireLS56KW In that case you should check out my review of the 2009 Wonder Woman film. She doesn't actually do it in that film, but I make several callbacks to that joke. Kinda the same thing...? /shamelessplug ^_~
@MistareFusion Fun fact: Lyle Waggoner was the first runner-up for the role of Batman in the 1966-69 series. They even did a screen test with an actor called Peter Deyell in the role of Robin.
@bluekitty678 Sigh, sadly not yet. I don't know why I've been putting it off so long. I just haven't been in much of a Wonder Woman mood lately for some reason. That, and my computer has been overheating with such frequency that I don't know if it will handle video editing right now.
@bluekitty678 Hopefully I'll get around to it soon. Eight months is far too long for me to have waited. Thank you for your feedback, though, and I hope you can find other videos of interest on my channel in the meantime. ^_^
Still looking forward to the review of the animated movie! I was hoping to see your opinion since you're clearly more well-versed in it than I am and I loved it.
Can I quote you for my thesis?
