This commercial (a shorter version of it) is on a loop of advertisements that run at the Cinemark theater where I work. It was funny at first, but after a while, it gets annoying. At least now I can share it with my family.

Hahaha, funny you mention that because I work at a Kerasotes Theater that also has the short version of this on a loop. It was definitely funny at first but it plays WAY too often and gets really annoying. Haha

This is so funny, mainly because it's very untrue. Most jobs in the military are boring, redundant and monotonous. Hell, this segment describes the life of a Yeoman or Personnelman in the Navy. Very few military jobs are exhilarating, which is why they only ever show the same 3 exciting fields in their commercials (Special Forces, Aviators or Divers).

Uh-huh. Dude, I'm currently in the military and my life was much more exciting BEFORE I joined. Only about 15% of military jobs are daring and risky. My job is so redundant and boring that it feels like the military equivalent of Office Space, and I don't work in an office! If you really think that way about civilian life, then you must have led a boring life.
