how come you wear your belt up so high? is it just an issue of comfort or do you feel that you need more support there? i think thats part of why your lower back rounded at the bottom of 295, and your elbows look like they're pointing backwards instead of straight down which is causing you to lean forward as you get deeper, even though for the lighter sets you were still holding a good arch. are you forcing your knees out, too? that might help you get depth.
the dude shouldnt be telling you to go up ffs, not your fault u didnt get below parallel.

the new squat suits are very hard to break in and get use to.
when I got mine I was afraid I would never hit depth, almost panicked! lol and I competed back in the 80s on a regular basis.
I eventually got it and all was good.
