This girl on the video is one of the few students who passed the test. She is an honor student thanks to the teachers of CFH. They are there to teach but you can lead a horse to water but cannot make it drink. The problem is with the student and parent. Why is it that during parent teacher conference only 25% of the parents show up.

once again, it was the federal government that developed the public school system which standardized education and made it mandatory for children to get an education. As it is, the majority of local schools recieve funding from local taxes. People who live in areas with a higher tax bracket get the better schools and the better teachers (econ 101?).
