@Whillians i downloaded from internet themes for window. then copy and paste in to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes. you can find out how to use these themes from GOogle :)

I tried with Gimp(free 'Photoshop') and it worked great there: select the stripes(as a object), then go Layer1 and select Color(menue on top) -> Invert Color(the Places the marked stripes overlap will turn white)- now just select all white parts with one click and delete them(I think it works similar on photoshop)
