  • It's funny. I just happen to come to this site today and I still can't believe they are still talking about D.F.. I felt sorry for him because he was a winner and should have played much longer in the NFL.

  • Uk Flutie is the number one CFL player of All time....and they bench him??

  • Yall know Rob Johnson was the most shyttest Q.B. In NFL history right? My bro in-law is a huge Buffalo Bills fan FLUTIE IS GOD LET HIS LEGACY LIVE ON. Him n Jim Kelly are the best Bills Quarterbacks

  • wow the bills fucked up with flutie wtf 10-5 record THEN BENCH HIM wtf i dont get it stupid wade phillips this is coming from a dolphin fan

  • @q2469 it wasnt wade phillips it was the president of the bills that chose rob johnson over doug flutie. Plus it was the special team's fault. how can u allow a return TD?

  • That`s why Wade Phillips should not be a head coach in the NFL.Buffalo would have beat my Titans had Flutie played.

  • @901flaminskull No they wouldn't have... Buffalo's defense carried their average offense. Flutie wasn't the reason they were winning games. Very similar to the Tebow situation in Denver today... a QB with a bad completion percentage makes a memorable play late in the game and gets all the credit.

  • @csquaredremixz your a fuckin idoit doug flutie is a better quaterback than tim tebow ever thought he was

  • @SnukkaFly Crouch was a beast at Nebraska,he was faster than Tommie Fraizer.

  • loved flutie in the CFL

  • I still don't get how you keep out your QB after going 10-5 entering the playoffs...or when your other starter goes 4-7 and Flutie goes 4-1. Or cut him after your starter goes 4-7 and Flutie goes 4-1.

  • Plays from nothing? Elway

  • What an idiot coach

  • @cilsley0210 An even more idiotic "owner."

  • They are blending the 98 and 99 seasons together. In 1998 Flutie came in and played the whole season including a wild card game @ Miami, which is when teh Flutie Flakes came out and he took Buffalo by storm. 1999 was his second season where he was pulled before the playoff game @ Tennesse in favor of Rob Johnson. In hind sight they should have started Doug, but Rob Johnson led the team down the field and won the game for the team. It was up to the kickoff team and you know the rest.

  • Doug Flutie is the most overrated QB in NFL history. His career playoff record is 0-1 - a game in which he fumbled with under a minute in the 4th quarter. Legends are made in January, a time where Flutie was as big a flake as his cereal. He's a sideshow in the annuls of NFL history. The fact that BIlls fans cherish him so much goes to show where they stand in NFL history, too.

  • @csquaredremixz Where the bills stand in history? Name one other team that made 4 straight superbowls with one of the most productive offences of all time, yeah you don't watch much football do you?

  • @sweetfeet3 I can name a plethora of teams that have WON Super Bowls because they were productive in the game that matters ;)

  • @csquaredremixz All im saying is the bills deserve credit, making four straight superbowls is no small feat. Im a 49ers fan i believe all of there sb teams were better than the bills, but you have to give credit where credit is due.

  • @sweetfeet3 No you're right, Jim Kelly is a very underrated QB who actually called all of his own plays in the K-Gun. Peyton Manning doesn't even do that! However, Flutie had nothing to do with any of that... he never even won a playoff game. Forget the "Flutie Curse," its more like the "Kelly Kurse" ;)

  • @csquaredremixz i wanst trying to start shit i was just trying to point out that the bills deserve some credit the were a pretty special team in the 90's

  • @sweetfeet3 haha the early to mid 90's were great for them, but its the last 10 years that have Bills fans delusional enough to call Doug Flutie a legend.

  • @csquaredremixz yeah flutie wasn't a legend but he was fun to watch, not as fun as kelly but flutie had some good years, i liked him in san diego for the year he was there

  • @csquaredremixz Doug Flutie was one of the greatest college QB's in history and a pretty solid QB in the pro's (especially since he was about 5'10''). Bills fans hold him to a high regard because if Wade Phillips had started him instead of the one game wonder Rob Johnson, Flutie may have helped beat the Titans in the playoffs. He was known for his last minute heroics.

  • @CoolerKing37 Name one significant game Flutie won in his NFL career. He wasn't half as legendary an NFL QB as people make him out to be... awesome in college, awesome in the CFL, only 2-3 decent seasons in the NFL. People forget how awful he was in the NFL in the 80's, and how ineffective he was in San Diego.

  • @csquaredremixz I didn't say he was legendary. Just a solid QB who was a great competitor and would play his hardest if given the chance.

  • @CoolerKing37 I'll agree with that all day! The post you replied to was me reflecting on how Bills fans regard him as a legend, though :)

  • @csquaredremixz lol, well that's just Bills fans being nostalgic for a time when their team actually made the playoffs...

  • @csquaredremixz san diego was a horrible team before flutie joined them

  • @csquaredremixz

didnt he teach rivers in San Diego? or was that someone else? sorry, canadian here my NFL history is hazy :D

  • one of the best CFL qb's of all time
