It was neither elegant or interesting sounded like steve vai was looking for his whammy bar but realized he was using an acoustic guitar so he didn't have as many cool licks he could play. No he has not got a genre called yngwie flamenco, flamenco is flamenco...and he's trying to play in the style of it, he's a great guitarist but I personally don't think his flamenco attempts are as good as proper flamenco.

Have you actually even heard real Flamenco? Even Paul Gilbert said he cannot play it properly. Its a different Art to shred guitar, not harder just different. Yngwie certainly cant play it properly.

Mithra is shown killing the bull from which the universe is created. uh the second pic is the bull leaping fresco found at the ruins of the palace of knossos to be the most specific. the palace is also known for the hall of double axes, or more familiarly, the famous labyrinth said to be guarded by the mythical minotaur. in ya face bitches

Im from Spain, and this sounds awesome, of course he cannot beat paco, but he is mostly a electric and classical guitar player.
His music bores me after 15 minutes, I even prefer Satriani, vau, gilbert and becker, but I cannot deny how talented he is

Some ppl here r rather obsessed with a particular STYLE - which is NOT the same as ABILITY - The reality is Yngwie CAN play what all the "real" (get a life) Flamenco players play if he wanted to merely replicate their work, but they CAN'T DO what Yngwie does....and thats a world of diffference. Ummm. I don't think his goal was to play traditional Flamenco. Like his other music he turns different styles of music into his own Yngwie Malmsteen version. However, I am not a Fan Yngwie Malmsteen in the least.

Have you actually even heard real Flamenco? Even Paul Gilbert said he cannot play it properly. Its a different Art to shred guitar, not harder just different. Yngwie certainly cant play it properly.
