This is wicked impressive. He's clearly got lots of SRV and Jimi inspiration, but he adds his own twist on it which makes it like a mix of blues and hard rock. He switches very fast from sounding exactly like Stevie to a much heavier playing style. But in a good way.

Yes Popa Chubby is awesome.. Completely agree..he is Very much Overlooked in today's blues circle. I have Electric Chubbyland and it's absolutely one of my favorites. The the second cd isk in the pack is very very good. .. He can play with the best of them.. I'm trying to get him to come down to Dallas and or Austin Texas to play at the local venues..
