Notice that when they don't pull the whistle cord down all the way, the whistle doesn't shriek.

Engine 7 recieved the home-made 6-chime in 2003. Before that she wore a Star SP 5-chime loaned from Swanton Pacific.
It's the same 6-chime, but adjustments were done on the whistle valve giving it a slightly different sound.

Roaring Camp has been around since 1962, and have been running trains since 1964. Locomotive #7 has just been overhauled, so she is the main runner now.
