No.
This is the partial eclipse from 12/10/96, the last time Britain saw one before that date was in February 1961, which was total over Florence in Italy.
If you missed this week's (04/01/11) partial, there's another one in the UK on Friday, 20th March, 2015, but alot of people are likely to go to the Faeroe Islands in the North Sea, roughly half way between the far north of Scotland and Iceland, where a total eclipse will be visible on that date.
