All you need is a complete motor with straps and coolant hoses, and pipes made for a pro-x. pretty much a drop in job.

Thats cool your going to an 03 chassis. I have an 03 pro x 440, i went through almost all of the seld in the last two years, put the 1 7/8 lug track on this year, what a shit eating grin it puts on my face as it stands to the grab bar at will. I beat the ball bag off it this year, till the bottom gear bolt broke & the chain expolded, was a new bolt [tq to 19 ftp] & washer with 300 miles on it. I know some one with a 200 hp triple in a pro x & he said he's never seen one do that.

Yeah you gotta have someone drill it up to the next size bolt and tap it. Its hardened steel so you need a guy with the right tools to do it right.
