  • my stomach started to flaten just using this 5 minutes a day...

    i had trouble doing crunches coz it hurts my back n neck but with ab rocket it was not a problem...best thing if ur shy to go to a gym to work out coz of ur big stomach u can do it at the comfort of ur home...its my moneys worth buying this at cris sports shop here in the philpipines..it was at sale for 2,600 pesos...Ab rocket rocks!!!!! Dont just take my word for it do it kabayan.!!!
