@LOLItsAFrenzy I am the biggest animal lover on the planet and I'm the first person who is anti-gun especially in regards to hunting, but I do understand there are certain circumstances such as this, that ending the pain is paramount, such as putting a deer down that has been hit on the highway, etc. No animal should ever have to linger in excruitating pain to die when the situation is hopeless and vet care is not close by.

I don't think it was having a puppy. I think it was a prolapse. This is where the walls of the uterus are pushed out instead of the puppy. It can be cured, but it would not be able to have puppies again.

Sometimes dogs are the only family or freind we have had. If it wasn't for them I would have never survived the many years of being alone. I had three dogs that died of organ failure because I found out on the internet it was toxic for animals a little to late. GOD Bless you sweet precious freinds and family members. My dog died the same way, she had a cancerous tumor on her spleen, it burst and she became bloated very quickly, she bled out inside. She had no pain, she just faded away slowly and died in my arms.
The word underneath the video says bloat. This can be repaired if surgery happens soon enough. It's a very expensive surgery..either these people couldn't afford it or it was simply too late. So so unbelievably sad.
I'm not saying he didn't love his dog, but a dog in that condition shouldn't have to go through that pain for NOTHING. If they are going to die, let them go painlessly.

I just loss my dog last week, he was hit by a car while we were on a walk. We were crossing the street, I am in a wheel chair. It's already a year since he died, I really really miss him, :( I'm so very sad because last August 13, 2010 (death anniversary), I didn't sleep to our house because we have a school project (Creating Server Network using Virtual PC Machine) so I slept with my group mate's house. I tell my mom that time that put a food to the year where he buried and my mom's said that after 30 minutes there is a black butterfly approached to them, I know it's him. :( He is my stress reliever. :( I miss you. :(

@Riaoku Great post. It's the hardest thing to do to let them go, but the last thing a person wants is to watch a dog that they love soo much suffer. When nothing can be done and a dog is on the verge of suffering, you have to love them enough to let them go, but it hurts more than I can express.
He's not giving birth, I did everything I can, spend almost P4,000.00. He had a bloat and stomach problem, I know your thinking that I didn't care about him but you all wrong, I really really loved my dog so much, but he's so unfortunate and also me, the vet can't make operation for him because there will be a complication on his stomach.
Our dog died for the same complication plus bladderstone and cancer. We went through the 2 hr surgery wit her, she almost gave up several times, but we kept talking to her and she, fought till the last breath , died when we were helping fininshing off the surgery.
In retrospect I would rather have done it like you did - keep her pain subside, and let her died in comfoirt, rather than on the operation table.

I just loss my dog last week, he was hit by a car while we were on a walk. We were crossing the street, I am in a wheel chair. I just had a stroke and I could not pull him back, she was coming to fast and didnt stop. I am trying to raise money to pay for his pelvic surgery. He died five days later. I love him so much.

Oh my God people! All these negative comments are stupid! As you can see he love his dog very much. All dogs are different. This dog unfortunatly had a bloat and kidney problems at the same time. It's not the owners fault, it's the way of life. He probaly didn't take him to the vet due to low in money or other reason. (my family can not afford to go the vet but all pur dogs end up living or die of old age, not a sickness) So guys save your mean and unneeded comments to yourself. Thank you.

I see this video and to me I see a kid who probably took his dog home to live his finally days and just basically waited for this moment thinking he would have more of a sign from his dog that it was time to be euthanized. I also believe that this dog took a turn for the worse very quickly. Most of you are only looking at a dog suffering who should have been euthanized and this young kid is cruel. Sorry I am not seeing this here.

It's already a year since he died, I really really miss him, :( I'm so very sad because last August 13, 2010 (death anniversary), I didn't sleep to our house because we have a school project (Creating Server Network using Virtual PC Machine) so I slept with my group mate's house. I tell my mom that time that put a food to the year where he buried and my mom's said that after 30 minutes there is a black butterfly approached to them, I know it's him. :( He is my stress reliever. :( I miss you. :(

I'm just only a student who doesn't have that "money" to continue the operation and if the operation continues, the doctor said that they will not guarantee that he can survive this kind of operation because he had bloat and kidney problem.

@Riaoku Great post. It's the hardest thing to do to let them go, but the last thing a person wants is to watch a dog that they love soo much suffer. When nothing can be done and a dog is on the verge of suffering, you have to love them enough to let them go, but it hurts more than I can express.

He's not giving birth, I did everything I can, spend almost P4,000.00. He had a bloat and stomach problem, I know your thinking that I didn't care about him but you all wrong, I really really loved my dog so much, but he's so unfortunate and also me, the vet can't make operation for him because there will be a complication on his stomach.

Our dog died for the same complication plus bladderstone and cancer. We went through the 2 hr surgery wit her, she almost gave up several times, but we kept talking to her and she, fought till the last breath , died when we were helping fininshing off the surgery.
In retrospect I would rather have done it like you did - keep her pain subside, and let her died in comfoirt, rather than on the operation table.
