What instruments they using in this? Especially what is being used in the main riff I think its a trombone or a sax but someone please confirm this. Thanks

It's probably both at the same time, although the sax comes in heavier. Since this is an album cut there may also be some trumpet, or something else.

The use both but what you're mainly hearing is trombone with sax in the back.
