South Padre has some of the most beautiful beach in Texas. That is our favorite family destination and it is NOT over developed which makes it great!!! You HAVE to go ..just not during spring break :)
Not with ocean views! There is limited coastal land available, and Texas is one of the last places you can still get it for relatively cheap compared to other coastal states. The New York Times recently did an article on the Texas Coast. Living on the beach isn't for everybody!
You know u would think this type of property would be the least expensive, considering the construction development on this not to mention the affect of high tide that it has on it.

The 2008 photo contest was postponed due to hurricane Dolly . The winners were to be announced June 1 but we are still waiting.

Texas should have the same tax laws as Florida. Right now you have to pay more than twice in property taxes.

spi is the best im from donna i stayed in the hotel in front of the police station its cool but expensive still visit your going to love it
