In the end, the chorus "keep on going and taste the stars..." doesn't really seem like encouragement, but more like a death sentence as the second part of the chorus continues with "....until it takes everything you are"

Lines like "You stop growing, the moment that you stay at the top; the only way is to drop... so you stand still in a stand still" seem to convey the idea that people who are consumed with excelling can't move forward until they give themselves a break. Hence, OVER achiever.

Also, the lines "the mansion of your mind is an oversized cell" convey the idea that you are imprisoning yourself.
