@angel83117 first and formost, make sure your diet, sleep and exercise habits are as healthy as possible for yourself.secondly, try not to wash your hair every single day. i know it sounds gross, but it's true, too much washing can a)wash out essential oils your hair needs to be healthy and b) give hair too much protein, which can cause breakage.third, make sure that you give your hair a trim when need be. hair can't grow if it id breaking. and lastly, make sure to protect your hair when using

something that you might also want to try is a vitamin called biotin. you can buy it at any store like walmart. it supports the healthy growth of hair and nails and it may even help your skin. it takes time to work, and everyone responds differently, but you have nothing to lose : )

why would you concentrate at your roots, it will make it oily. You should concentrate on your ends, that the most damaged part of your hair.. the roots is the healthiest with the most natural oils so your just gunna make it appear more oily and look dirty. but you know.. you can do what you want! just saying haha.
