I sent you an email, but I stumbled across this and SOOO curious as to what happened with the mom cat -- if you gave her to a shelter to find a home, I have a suspicion she's my cat! I adopted her from the SF SPCA in early July.

I love cats. I would take them but I already have three and they were all from stray litters. Good luck.=)
