So a SIP client, is like saying email client (software) except for a phone account. Get a VOIP phone number/account at a place like, say voip.ms – ridiculously cheap. plug those settings into your voip software you've downloaded to your iphone/ipod touch and it works great over whatever data/internet connection you have. In fact I used my voip account "locally" while in Japan.

It's not really the same as horsepower because some chips can handle much more data than chips of higher clock speed (32 vs 64 bit, etc.) Also, not a photography expert, but Mega pixels have always been a sort of sales pitch more than anything. Things to pay more attention to are the lens, shutter speed, and MP's are more for storing the images digitally.

I've actually be on Straight Talk's unlimited plan for a few months now and never regret switching from Verizon. Straight Talk's service runs on both CDMA and GSM networks so I never get dropped calls or low bars on my Nokia E71. I'm also only paying a fraction of the cost I used to be paying on Verizons network.

Family data plans share pooled minutes and cost 20.00 more per each additional line. The pooled minutes only affect landline calls between 7a-7p.

Stay on your family plan, you will save more money. The only benefit to going solo on the simply everything plan is to have unlimited calls to ANY number at any time, or if you are trying to build credit on your own account. Plus you would get an upgrade once a year being premier.
