Yes, we have the robotics mostly done. In the next decade, we will be able to build a robotic body that can balance itself and is extremely agile, dexterous, quick and strong.

The problem is developing an A.I. that can utilize such a body on it's own. Our A.I. is still lightyears behind our robotics. If someone can develop an A.I. that can think and learn on it's own and program itself, then I will be impressed.

@RoboTekno The eyes can indeed, to a limited degree, rotate around the y, x as well as the z axis of the eye. Look in the mirror and tilt your head, you will see the axis through the iris will stay fixed relative to the ground while the head rotates around the axis through the neck.
