Dr Murray is a scapegoat for those still trying to protect Jackson's weird, twisted lifestyle. He was never going to be in any shape to perform 50 concerts in 2009/10. If Jackson didn't get his way he simply would've got someone else. Dr Murray's biggest mistake was getting involved with a patient who was not only physically ill, but mentally ill also. Jackson had the mind of a 10 year old, it was a sad end to a weird life. Blame Dr Murray all you want, but Jackson did this to himself for years.

Yes, he is going to prison - sort of... He'll be in COUNTY JAIL instead of STATE PRISON. The judge couldn't put him in STATE PRISON.
Michael choosing to use drugs, and Dr. Murray's guilt are two different matters.
1) Any GOOD doctor would refuse to give Michael Propofol. It is a "General anesthetic" that is given in operating rooms.
2) Dr. Murray did not have appropriate equipment in Michael's room, in case of an emergency or loss of consciousness.

- Extreme negligence
- Main goal: money
- Leaving patient and disobeying Hippocratic oath
- Providing propofol
- Disguizing propofol and not mentioning it in hospital
- Deceiving manner
