you should have put in your video how to get there via walking, it just makes it much harder to find the dam thing, spent over 2 hours climbing rocks just to find this location, not fun :(

@iMatthw You dont have to walk. Go to the bar in Whiterun (where the bards are singing) and a guy will challenge you to a drink competition. If you do it, you will get drunk, and will wake up in Markarth, the city next to Love Stone :P
