hey i physically cannot kong vault i've tried a million times and i always catch bothe my feet on the railing everytime and just flop onto my face, i dont get what im doing wrong, help?
I love these videos because you can really see the form quite well and it helps me tremendously- especially the vaults, which I seem to struggle with for some reason.
dude ur speed is wrong ur hand spouse to puse u forward and shud be on ur side ur using ur hand tp get over the obstcale witch is very slow, try jumping and use ur hand only for momentom forward not up
i cant do monkeys cos i got a belly /:( and besides that im actually not crappy my ultimate height has been 12 feet and i weigh like 223 or something idk and i wanna loose weight cos an 17 drop with that weight aint fun to feel on the rolls at high speed XD
you probably need to get your hips higher and torso more parallel to the ground. also, be quick with your hands. the longer you leave them on the obstacle, the harder it is.
also you don't really bring ur hands thro ur arms while they are on the bar, by time ur feet get there ur hands have leg go and ur momentum gets thro, u really bring ur knees through
ASkyfiOriginal, you're not bringing your legs through your arms, but rather, you're bringing your knees through the doing a little hop or just using momentum to fall forward.
@ASkyfiOriginal You can't do it if you don't believe you can do it. You have to trust on your abilities and know what techniques you already master. Only if you believe you can do it, then it will work and it'll go smoother every time you do it. If you can do it once, then you master the technique and then it's just practicing, practicing, practicing... Have fun, I hope I helped you.

I have serious problem getting my legs through my arms, i mean a i have a hard time with it.
My friend says my kongs look funny cause i dont bring my feel all the way i kinda use my arms with a little "donky kick"
any tips?
