All their great customer service and professionalism would continue to impress you till you've made the payment.. Once you pay, they treat you like a rotten rat.. Quality, commitment and customer service does not exist in Modi's dictionary. The biggest example is the construction of the 640 apartment gated community- Silver Springs..
Horrible builder. If one have any doubt about the feedback then they can just come down to the "Silver Springs" , one of their ventures claimed by the Modi Builder to be completed one year back. As Mr. Rohit has said in his comment that No amenities have been given to the residents is 100% true. This builder is taking it's clients for a ride. The builder is taking all Law and order as granted and thinks as if everyone and everything can be crushed by Money power. "BEWARE "

Nice animation to pay for. But the reality is way too different.
There is the reality -
No amenities even after 3 years of completion of project 'Silver Springs'
Extremely poor construction quality , inadequate parking, water issues, no power backup (which was charged for).
Illegal construction and many more issues.
Still want to loose money and peace ....go ahead !!!
