Actually your voice is pretty good. Get someone to play this acoustically and you sing. You'll find you'll actually sing a bit better too because you wont have to think about playing at the same time.
Also try just singing it acapella and post it.
You could actually release this with a bit of refinement.

Try to start 1 octave lower like in the original song - because anyway when the song starts going up in pitch you're shifting 1 octave down because this song is really high pitched even for a woman - no idea how Sebastian can sing like that.

ok....first of all...tune that guitar! second....its hard to find anyone that can hit bazzs notes, and you do on some,yet on certain parts you sound terrible....and yes i can sing this song...but overall, you do a good job...but as i said no one will ever get near bazz!
sorry, but for me you killed it with your annoying squeeling. combining it with your guitar playing it just sucked. but to be fair i must say, that there is something nice in your voice. around 0:49 to 1:05 it's really good for me. maybe few singing/playing lessons would help you.
