  • Jee-wizz, came here on media revision purposes! All you Hitlerites and wannabe Nazis go die, I'm white and Anglo-Scots but if I was born in Zimbabwe for instance and a black African it wouldn't be by choice would it? You can't choose who your born as. RIP THE FALLEN. Love 'n Peace.

  • wow... it really is a beautiful film, for all its baggage, isn't it?

  • 1932 they had Hitler and the Nazi's, 2012 we have the Tea Party and Ron Paul. The world never learns and will once again fall into darkness. This time it won't be for 12 years. It will be forever.

  • Look very hard, ye masses. This is the best that can be expected from mass movements and cults of personality. Look upon these works and despair.

  • @Volcanic9 Have you read the comments by the poster in which he praises Hitler and the Nazi's?

  • I feel pity for the person that posted this film. Whether it is from genetic defect or horrible adult role models, they are truly misguided. Hitler destroyed Germany. He was mad. To idolize him because he made effective propaganda and ignore the fact that his actions led to the death of millions of his own followers is pure stupidity. He put all the country's resources into war-making and then led them to destruction. At age 10, boys were forced to become "Hitler Youth" and practice military d

  • @oneaburns The film is considered one of the greatest films ever made, and should be shown to illustrate the effectiveness of propaganda. Regardless of it's dark purpose Triumph of the Will is a beautiful film, and was extremely effective in allowing Hitler to commit terrible acts upon the rest of the world with no resistance from his followers.

  • @oneaburns he is a troll

  • The dangers of the cult of personality and ceding too much power to one person. Hard to imagine how an entire nation could be seduced into becoming a bunch of thugs and followers of a less than intelligent ideology rooted in absolutely absurd assumptions...but, sadly, also easier than people want to believe. Thank God for the likes of Sophie Scholl and Oskar Schindler, who helped blunt the brutality of a nation gone mad with unrestrained rage and blind adulation for it's dysfunctional leader

  • @FormOfSlavery

Hitler's gifts were not innate. His political and oratory skills were learned over years and years at the Beer Hall, Drexler giving him superb political advice every step of the way.

And the Jews as an ethnicity are still incredibly strong. He killed a lot of people for no good reason except ignorant ideas about ethnicity, but Jews dominate the most important positions around the world: Wall Street, Hollywood, Washington, Silicon Valley, the list goes on

  • I voted thumbs down because I hate nazis. That is not to say that this is not still an immnesley important historic document as a reminder of the grotesque and hypnotic power of pure evil. Pray God it will never happen again. Whatever her motives, Riefenstahl directed a masterpiece: in later years she went on to film some sttaggeringly beautiful images of African tribes. She was ostracised for the rest of her career- rightly so- for claiming she had no idea of what was happening in the camps.

  • It's rather boring, lots of little nazis parading around making lots of right angle turns and all carrying duplicate little nazi flags. It is astonishing that people found this deep and moving, that thousands of people who should know better thought it real keen to behave like little robots. Of course, later they marched into battle like little robots and much good it did them.

  • @RYuTu2000

Hitler was a master propagandist and manipulator. It appeals to people's desire for conformity and approval, and sense of identity. Lots of Germans were bitter in the 1920s no longer being a real power, so a movie like this was moving because it was a moving work of art showing the new power of Germany.

  • WAHT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ALL OF YOU PPL ??? kissing his ass?? wtf????????i hope you are not americans

  • It's a shame that such a brilliant leader used is power for evil.

  • Why they are telling that they could helped him? What did he did to be good?

  • @dalujumi "What did he did".

    Brilliant!

  • @99sparso are you the grammar police?

  • 9 jews saw this film XD

  • 9 people are against genocide!

  • THe REAL genius behind all this spectacle? Leni Reifenstahl. Hitler was just the product she was hired to advertise.

  • Would you go back in time to kill Hitler if you had the chance?

    I WOULDNT.

  • @RukussMC

Kill him?! I would be helping him.

  • @ranebow5 exactly

  • @ranebow5

Yes, you would be one of the stupid, slavish, servile, sons of bitches, who helped one of the worst mass murderers in history. Too bad. We destroyed the Reich and helped build Germany into a decent civilized country. What don't you find an little island and be your own little Nazi. Or better yet, shoot your brains out.

  • @ranebow5 Great look Fascist go see the footage from the concentration camps buring bodies in mass graves then tell me you support this raving lunatic.

  • @ranebow5 Why? Give me one good reason why you would help him?

  • @ranebow5 what?

  • @RukussMC No as history has happened the way it has, I fear what perhaps the world of today might be, especially with the soviet union's biggest threat being elimenated.

  • yeah if you kill him red alert will be real

  • You have to remember that this was made in response to the Soviet propaganda films. This film was revolutionary in its techniques and style. Whether you love the man or hate him, there's no denying he was a great leader.

  • "Never again, never again..."

Will we allow the Jew to own 90% of the worlds wealth, and then use that to control western nations.

I say we kick out the Federal Reserve, and demand back payment from Israel!

  • the Red Cross doctors and nurses were ever-present at those internment camps and never reported any "gas chambers" or murders. For decades after WW2 the Red Cross maintained that the estimated 270,000 deaths at the camps resulted from malnourishment and disease. Eventually the ultra-wealthy zionist jews usurped the authority of the Red Cross with their media-driven "shoah business". The jews made up only around 23% of Auschwitz, only around 12% of Dachau and only around 30% of Buchenwald.

  • @NotAllGoyAreStupid could you please provide a source? be it a book, webpage, etc.

  • "The only known thing we knew about Hitler is that he killed 6 million jews who never existed in gas chambers which nobody ever saw." - jewish professor Roger Dommergue

  • @chinchonchinchon U r on ur way to Hell, u Russian Stalin scum POS.

  • "Any man who pursues an ideal in his own way is never without enemies.' -- Gatson Bates

  • bullshit - its a propoganda film! yes he had power no doubt but dont base you opinion on his power by this film. it was organised to make people like you think that. hense.. propoganda!

  • reminds me to Mark Twains saying "if you will it it is no fable".

  • why all the worshipping and wasted time in these ceremonies? when does the country have any time to do anything useful when all they do is worship and have big ceremonies?

  • Well they managed to find the time to create the world's greatest war machine. lol

  • @ranebow5 uhm, what? a great war machine does not lose a world war.

  • Well by 1941 most of Europe had been conquered and it took the whole world to defeat Germany.

  • @ranebow5 Hitler and his criminal regime defeated Germany! You should learn your history!

  • @ranebow5 Wellllllll you're skipping a few facts on that one buddy. Forgetting Italy, Japan, and to some extent Russia..??

    Cough.

  • @sjawilton Well what of them?

  • @ranebow5 "took the whole world to defeat Germany".... I think you mean it took the rest of the world to defeat Germany, Italy and Japan

  • @sjawilton Well the point was Germany was vastly outnumbered and most of the world's industry was arrayed against her. It took all that to defeat Germany.

  • @SeeProfileForDetails they also conquered poland in a week which is fanastic by anyones standards lol

  • Greatest war machine? ...yeah right! Do you mean the one that failed to win the battle of Britain, failed to annihilate the Allied forces at Dunkirk, failed to win the battle of El Alamein, lost an Army at Stalingrad, failed to destroy the Allies as they landed on D-Day? Remember - the Allies gave Germany back to the Germans.

  • @bladder7000 before america joined the was the allied forces were yet to win a major battle and Britain was soon to be toast without our support. You're just saying the ones they lost before the US joined they had most of eastern Europe and even huge superpowers like France in their control.

  • @ranebow5 Right XD

  • Holly Crap, this is awesome

  • pause and consider for a moment; these aren't actors on some hollywood set. this is the real deal. let that sink in.

  • @videochemist ya hitler was boss.

  • The Savior of Germany.

  • epic, thats power

  • there are so many lessons to be learned from ww2,but the sad thing is that only Germany themselves have learned anything from it.

pity the Americans,British,Irish keep arsing around doing stupid things.

  • What?! What do the Irish do? We weren't even involved with WW2 and the only reason we were involved in WW1 was because we were still a part of Britain

  • @jmscme Actually the Irish gave information to the Germans and let them use places in Ireland as a hopping point. Papers released that were kept under official secrets act verify this - can I back this up hmmm not really but it was on the BBC programme Coast and the researchers would be making a pretty bad allegation if wrong! Not that I'm concerned by our Celt brothers this war was quite some time ago. Hitler = scum, this video contains pioneering forms of filming by Leni

  • Didn't stalin starve over 13 Million? So I guess hitler has been bested.. Sad thats even possible

  • HE ENDED UP KILLING 60

  • no he killed 6 mill. The others were victims of the war.

  • I was talking about stalin not hitler, i wasa replying to a communist

  • We'll never truly know how many people Stalin killed. He starved a few million, sent another few million to Siberia, and shot another few million on the spot. I'm sure he killed more people than Hitler.

  • considering he wa sin power longer ya he most likely did

  • Yeah, he definitely killed more than Hitler. In fact considering the people he killed were his "comrades", and not some marginalised group in society, you could say he was worse than Hitler (depending on your definition of "worst"). Still doesn't go any way towards excusing the actions of either.

  • Beanio, what shocked me when I was in USSR is the number of people who still revere Stalin, and demonstrate for a return for his kind of rule. Talk about masochists!

  • I'm sure they'd change their mind if he came back! Hahaha!!

  • H'mm, I'd like to think so, but these were mostly people who'd lived under his tyranny, not idealistic youngsters. Terrifying.

  • And Stalin was outdone by Mao Zedong, now thats even crazier to think about....

  • @sirachman Stalin killed 70million. Made Hitler look like Pussycat. We should of let Hitler conquer the Communist filth.

  • Diesen Film sollte jeder Deutsche gesehen haben. (-Grundbildung).

  • Hitler kept himself on top by always making his inner circle feel like they had to compete with each other, so they would be focused on keeping their jobs, and not trying to take his. He was quite brilliant.

  • @RichNixon1 You're an idiot to say he was "brilliant". First off, the whole "final solution" completely hindered the Reich's power to make war. Second of all, if he would have honored the Non-Agression pact with the USSR, the 5 million + soldiers that were used on the Eastern front could have been focused on the West, therefore his chances of winning the war would have been much greater. Third, if any advice from top generals would have been considered, the outcome may have been much different

  • 5/5

  • trop cool , trop humain le National Socialisme, c'est un régime plus rude qu'il faut pour mater l'ordure qui sommeille en chacun de nous

  • qui est cet homme?

    ???

  • This must have been the first time John mccain ran as a senator.

  • good at leading politically as the great fuhrer militiarily he was awful.

generally his generals were champing at the bit to inflict a decisive blow early in the war but the grossfuhrer stopped them, made really bad decisions that early on. as an englishman I say thank god for his miltiary leadership, it enabled the allies to win.

  • Wow so i guess Democrats are communist and republican's are nazis get real dude

  • democrats arent communist...

  • no shit..when did u figure that out?.....so do you think republicans are Nazis? Due to your one sided comment

  • ...

  • and people who call themself democrats now really arent democrats then? because people who do currently such as obama are definately communists.

  • Yeah thats why he's saving all the private companies

  • @rockdude492

That's a disturbing statement. John McCain is a totally different man with very little in common with Hitler, except both were recognized for valor in war

  • damn why does the bush admin look so old?

    they're just leaving office?

  • The GOP seem to have toned down the jingoistic triumphalism and are a little more nuanced and understated than usual

  • lol!

  • I would advise taking 'Triumph of the Will' with a grain of salt. It's original intention was a political propaganda film, hence being produced by Adolf Hitler.

  • How is Obama like Hitler? Both are inexperienced in leadership and made great jumps upward on ladder. Hopefully Obama will not be the US's affirmative action "little corporal" like Shitler....

  • Hitler did alot of good things for Germany. The only bad thing was the holocaust, and while that was a terrible, terrible thing, he was still a great leader. A horrible man, a cruel dictator, but a good leader.

  • rockdude492, The holocaust was dumb, immoral, and just plain stupid. Hitler killed probably upwards of 1.5 to 2 million what would have been smart and tough soldiers who would have fought for Germany- and tied up all of Germany's rolling stock moving prisoners around to boot.

I would agree that Hitler was a good political leader, but he should have left military issues to the General Staff and then Germany could have won the Second World war.

  • he killed over 6 million jews... not 1.5

  • And not so sure about that "horrible man" thing. He actually cared about Germany and tried to do the best for them; in a horrible way for the rest of the world, yeah, but remember that the rest of the world treated Germany much worse after Word War I. So it was inevitable for a second war to happen.

  • Poor misunderstood killer of 6 million innocents. Thank God he had his human-skin lampshades to get him through the dark-times.

  • Well, first of all, not all of them were "innocent"; and, for those that actually were, I'm not defending their assassination. I am the first to say how horrible was all the slaughter the nazis caused. But if they did something good, it should be acknowledged, too.

  • nearly every single one of them were innocent.

  • I'm not saying he's a good man, but he knew how to lead a country. That can't be contested, but what he did as a leader was what made him a bad man. I don't admire him, but to be able to do what he did, it takes alot of convincing. As I said before, terrible man, good at leading.

  • i'm not sure i get your point: did the rest of the world treat germany worse after WWI than hitler (aka shitler) did? I don't think hitler gave a shit about germany, well at least he didn't give it much thought. his road to power was about seeing his own ambitions being realized, using preexisting prejudices to his benefit.

  • part 2 of my pointless rant: As for "trying to do the best for them (i.e. germans)" - he ordered the imprisonment, torture and murder of educated, responsible, contributing members of the german society (jews and other minorities). Then he made war on peaceful countries, forcing a war that germany would have never won in the long run. In the end he was not a great leader, but yes a great speaker.

  • Germany was at its best when hitler ruled.

You cant deny that, germany was nvr so powerful and rich before or after hitler. Hitler is an amazing leader

  • How could he have been an amazing leader, when he completely screwed his own war effort. truth be told, hitler alone was an incompetent leader, but he had a few good advisers

  • he has a brain disease near the end of te war so it messed up his decisions.

  • @gregysuper I completely agree.

  • depends on your definition of 'good'. My definition encompasses not murdering your enemies, or innocent scapegoats

  • I'm not saying he's good, but he knew how to lead a country. That can't be contested, but what he did as a leader was what made him a bad man. I don't admire him, but to be able to do what he did, it takes alot of convincing. As I said before, terrible man, good at leading.

  • DOes that make Osama bin Laden a great leader too?

What a totally ignorant point of view. I'm disgusted.

  • I'm not saying he's good, but he knew how to lead a country. That can't be contested, but what he did as a leader was what made him a bad man. I don't admire him, but to be able to do what he did, it takes alot of convincing. As I said before, terrible man, good at leading.

  • He was a successful leader. He made good roads. However I think seeing Hitlers positive attributes is rather like looking at an enormous heaving pile of shit and admiring the pretty wings of the flies. To put it mildly.

  • And then I noticed the 'only bad thing was the holocaust' bit further up. Jesus, rockdude. Check yourself.

  • when you put it that way you can say the same for everything...truth is we cant tell anything about him...if he got his way we would all believe he was the greatest man who ever lived...he lost so we believe he was the worst...winners write history we have to keep that on mind

  • We believe he was bad because of the EVIDENCE DushevnaSepsa. Don't get all subjective and post-modern on me. He was responsible for the murder of at least 6 million, he led the world to war. These indisputable FACTS are nothing to do with what we might 'believe' unless you are a) insane b) evil or c) stupid.

  • mathnawi21 pointed out EVIDENCE. We have countless surviving Nazi documents, the testimony of surviving camp guards not to mention surviving victims. Goebells diariers, Speer's testimony.

    Hitler's guilt is established.

  • How would you even try to call his guilt into question? lol

  • Actually, yeah, yeah it does. If you can persuade (re: LEAD!) people to act as a group to act on common goal, you are a good leader. Whether you are EVIL or not is completely a motter of perspective. Basically what im saying is your an idiot. And your mom is fat.

  • @rockdude492 Good point

  • they are saying that in the sense that both were great speakers but just because you a great speaker does not mean you will be a good leader.

  • How in the world is Oboma like Hitler?

I think you're the one that needs to kill yourself. That is, if you can even figure out how to locate the trigger, stupid fuck.

  • hmm schlechte qualität.. bin kurz davor den film mal in anständiger quali hochzuladen ^^

  • After 73 years, this movies still has lost none of it's power.

  • They just blew up the Death Star. Where's Chewbacca?

  • I don't think Billy Dee is in this one...

  • Isn't he in the one where he turns the Nazi's over too the bounty hunter Boba Churchill and Darth Pole at his gas mine?

  • a jamais inscrit dans nos coeurs et dans l'Univers pour l Eternité

  • Nice - a sneak peek of this year's Republican National Convention!

  • good one !!!

  • Or maybe The One addressing 76,000 at Invesco.

  • Yeah dude! Obama's just like Hitler! Except he's half black. And he promotes tolerance. Also, he's against pointless wars. He's even-keeled, level-headed. He was a stand-out student at Columbia and Harvard, then a professor of constitutional law at the University of Chicago. And he opposes racism.

But other than that - totally like Hitler.

PS. People like you are turning America into a smoldering wasteland. Kill yourself.

  • You make some good points. However, there are some similarities. He is running completely based on a cult of personality and has economic policies that are totally unattached to reality. He's closer to Mussolini than Hitler in the Mussolini's power base was the newsmedia.

As for the racial aspect, I'm not sure about his purity on that one. Why don't you go ask a "typical white person" and find our what they think?

To the point, though, it's the mass rallies that are disturbing to me.

  • I appreciate your skepticism. Yet I disagree that Obama's running only on a 'cult of personality'. I think the widespread misconception that all Obama has is a oratory ability is largely due to TV media's tendency to 'boil down' (read: gloss over) the stance of politicians, making them bite-sized, easy to report. Obama has consistently forwarded good policy concerning health-care, education, and putting an end to a bullshit war.

It might be harder to recognize a good man than an evil one.

  • cult of personality thats the ONLY similiaryt you're just a dumb idiot who is pushing this country down the drain, put yourself up against the wall and shoot yourself so we can move into the 21st century as a country

  • ???????

  • You think this parts good watch parts 1234!! Truely a fraulein masterpiece!! The Volk Will Rise UP!!

  • Great video!
