  • Door adjustments should be made before paint and trim, you would not have this issue at the end.... Hey I'm just saying

  • Cant say I'd want that car after it being slammed like that!

  • 車整体師現

  • I work in a Nissan plant and the final door´s adjusment are made like this. How can you do it? How do think is possible do it?

  • Datz sik blud!

  • I think the boss might be looking his way so he pretends to be working on something :D

  • lol you won't see that on BMW's or VW cause they just won't let anybody film in their factory.

  • i dont see how hammering that does anything lol. On the back door he hammers it down, then back up, and then does the same thing on the front, how is that adjusting anything when your hammering it back and forth lol mega bullshit.

  • @thefatdic The locking machanism falls in to a bracket, if it's not 'in line', the door won't shut like it needs to. So this man is correcting the bracket with a little hit. You see him tighten the screw that holds the bracket later on.

For every object with doors, you have simple but sometimes weird tricks to get them in place properly.

Hopefully this answers your question! :-)

  • I wanna see the same things on a BMW 750 PLEASE!!!! :-D i dont think in Germany doing this with the classic cars!!! :-)

  • only in russia

  • пипец!!! и все это выглядит так обыденно и профессионально! такое ощущении что форму кузову дают на чуть раннем этапе тоже кувалдой...

  • WTF?

  • Ya.... manufacturer defect much?

  • @Algonkin1964

    Dacia. Made in Romania.

  • @megszalott Thanks for the reply ;)

  • @megszalott dacia is made in romania, rusia and maroc.................

  • all mass produced cars are finished this way.... sad, but its true

  • @Divljak55 why sad? It's totally ok...

  • I have dacia sandero 1.4 mpi - it is perfect car.

  • cik cuum se “aranjeaza” usile la fabricile Dacia :))

  • sto figlio di buttana!

  • i`m from romania:) it`s not dacia sandero, it`s renault sandero but i see in front the new facelift logan. dacia, renault...sandero logan...buIIshit:) but for the streets we have in romania...it`s too good:))

  • is that a dacia sandero? LOL

  • ako ništa barem je pedantan sve u liniji mora biti!

  • those are the cars from the austrian derailed train full of cars? some entrepreneur bought them and sells them as new

  • They are talking in russian language. So, no Romania at all.

Anyway, is a bloody Dacia, Renault, whatever, who cares...

  • all car makers do it this way, from BMW to VW...Final checks and adjustments

  • @livc44411 they do final checks too, but not this way..

  • I think that this is just a check up or should I say quality check. Even if it isn't it's just a Dacia (or Renault) and I don't see him using a 10 kilo sledgehammer. You should take a look how they "tweaked" Yugos in Serbia with angle grinders...

And just to say this, overall Dacias are good cars considering its price range. I would never buy an American car, maybe just a good muscle car,but everything other than that is scrapyard material after 5 years.

  • All car manufacturers do it this way

  • @Sebaa88ro how can you explain Dacia Logan which stands in front

  • It's a Renault Sandero (different from Dacia Sandero ) and it's made in Russia, not in Romania like the Dacia Sandero.

On 0:27 you can hear the workers speak russian.

Plus, the Dacia factory in Romania looks different on the inside, and the workers have grey overalls with blue stripes, not black ones with yellow stripes. I have visited the plant two times already, and i' haven't seen something like this happening.

Anyway, he is just making some minor adjusments, stop being silly.

  • this is the best way :>

  • I see nothing wrong there. Just a worker doing his job on making the final tweaks to make sure the doors shut correctly.

  • I think he should be appluaded. At least he's showing some pride and whats the doors to be perfect

  • Union craftsmanship.

  • That's the kind of quality you get if you buy a piece of shit like Dacia.

  • thank god i dont buy a dacia

  • Its a Dacia Sandero.

  • thw front looks like a dacia 4 door

it could also be a fabia , bau probably a dacia

  • @goozlo it is the dacia sandero.

  • What car is this ? i think it's DACIA...Please answer..!!!
