When this song came out i was working 60+ hours in 5 days. My hubby sang this to me alot back then. Listening to it at work kept the wheels rollin on my truck, knowing i would once be headed home again Loved it then and still brings a smile when I think of it!! Thanks Sammy!

Interesting how women seem to fought so hard for this in the 60's and 70's, and now there tired and over worked today. The thing is, the women are over worked and stressed because the husbands are lazy and drifted off the road. Now we need men to rise back up, love their wives, help them out when they come home, help with children, housework, etc. Go see Courageous the movie, it'll knock all men down to their knees. :)

Don't tell me i need to help any woman or bow down to the bitches . If anything women need to shut up and ethier accept 50 50 or they can just stay the fuck single .

The suit was one that I borrowed from someone in my complex. It was the early 90's so many suits still had shoulder pads. I had taken one of my suits, a very conservative, navy double breasted one with pleated skirt, but the director wanted something more feminine. It was a long, but very fun day of filming.

Oh Sammy! He's very good live too!! Saw him in some places that he deserved better.. Very likable, down to earth person! I've been following this guy since no one knew who he was..one failed marriage after another, now he's married money!! It goes both ways I guess..I love your music!

I wish we would get some new great music from Sammy. He was one of the best from the 1990s, along with people like Travis Tritt, Joe Diffie, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, etc. He has not had a hit in a long time. I don't know if he has given up on making music or not.
