@STiprincess I have made the sauce with young thai coconut meat. it works well. You can omit olive oil if you use coco meat and add green chilies, cilantro lemon juice cumin and garlic, even dates.
Yum...hemp seeds are so good! Lovely garden tomatoes would be a great topper. Guess they are worth the wait. Yeah, I'm a Met fan also, although it sometimes kills me to watch them! They need all the support they can get.
