Very nice hi-po car! One can buy the Hyundai for $9000 cheaper, and actually have a reliable performance car, and something that is more reliable than a mustang or cum-arrow. Or, you can buy an even more inexpensive performance car with even higher quality for $10000 cheaper than this Hyundai...such as the 2011 Scion TC or the Civic Si. Thats right! For you american men, you boys need to choose the automatic. The rest of the world, choose the standard transmission.

This car wasn't designed to compete with the V-8 Camaro and Mustang. It was designed to be an alternative to the entry level model Camaro and Mustang, boasting 304 hp and 305 hp respectively. If Hyundai were to put the Tau V-8 from the Genesis Sedan in the coupe and make appropriate suspension and brake modifications, this car would be an impressive machine.

@StickMechanic Actually, if you've checked out the newest Genesis, there are several new models: including the Genesis Hurricane, which has over 450 HP.

@TerryFilming it's no big deal. I was just kind of irked by the fact that this guy is trying to compare apples to oranges. Again, in this instance, the genesis coupe versus the same model year V6 mustang and camaro would have been a more acceptable comparison.

Hyun"DIE"???? i thought it was pronounced hyun"DAY"....Nice car! saw it a couple of weeks ago on the road and mistook it for a G37! why do youtube reviews compare this car to mustangs and camaros @ 1:21? It doesnt even look like a muscle car to begin with and neither does hyundai claim it to be one! A comparison wit the accord coupe, G37, or Altima coupe wud make perfect sense...

@MakeLoveNoBabiez Hyundai themselves have said Hyundai rhymes with Sunday, so you're correct! The Altima and Accord Coupes aren't good matches for comparison because they make 30hp less and are front wheel drive.

get a tune with I/H/E and you'll net around 306hp to the wheels instead of to the crank like in stock mode
