I also did this wrap to my wire folder, but the side "spines"(not sure what to call it) get in the way of folding the stock. So I tweaked it by gently tapering the spines to the bottom of the wire folder as I did the weave towards the gun receiver. Just a tip to anyone wanting to do this to their folder but not liking that the "spines" get in the way of folding the stock.
amazing cord wrapping job that you did, I tried doing it myself on my romanian folders and it looks no where near as nice as yours, how did you learn how do do it?
@jogi729 I just watched a vid on the "cobra stitch" paracord wrapping, then tried it. The key is to keep it tight and consistent. Don't let the pattern get twisted as you go. I practiced on a pencil to get the size of stitch and the approx length I would need. THanks for watching.
@NeverEnuffAmmo Thanks man, The pistol grip feels great but it's kinda heavy. When I took it out of the box I couldn't believe a small peice of plastic could weigh that much! I think it's an ATI product, I don't really remember.
